We can check and service your radiators to ensure that they are working efficiently. Often, radiators need bleeding to release the air which can stop the radiators from being efficient. They can also build up with sludge that will need to be removed using our flushing service
Flushing
Your central heating system can become clogged with sludge. We recommend using a magnaclean filter that can capture these tiny particles that build up in your central heating system. We can regularly clean these filters and perform a power flush on the entire system
Landlords must keep copies of the record for 2 years.
